Marvin D. Freese passed away Sunday, September 28, 2025 at his home in Eustis at the age of 90. Marvin was born May 9, 1935 at Franklin, Indiana to Walter and Edna (Wilkerson) Freese.
Marvin served his country in the U.S. Navy during the Korean War, a testament to his bravery and dedication. For many years, he worked in maintenance at Safeway Grocery Store, where he was known for his hard work and reliability. Marvin moved to Eustis, Nebraska, where he became a beloved member of the community. He developed strong relationships with his neighbors, embodying a spirit that was very kind and giving.
Marvin will be remembered for his warm personality and contributions to those around him. His legacy lives on in the hearts of the community he cherished.
A graveside memorial service with Military Honors will be held Thursday, October 9, 2025 at 2:00 p.m. at Fort McPherson National Cemetery, Maxwell, Nebraska.
