Bonita Lynn Richards

Bonita Lynn Richards passed away April 23, 2021 at her home in Ravenna, Nebraska at the age of 58. Bonita was born November 16, 1962 at Ogallala, Nebraska to Kenneth and Inez (Jones) Richards. She was raised in Elm Creek, Nebraska and attended high school. Bonita worked at Monroe Auto in Cozad for over 20 years before her retirement. She loved fishing, camping, bowling and attending the Sandhill Open Road Challenge. Bonita was preceded in death by her father; nephew, Christopher Liner and special friend, Martin Shirley. Survivors include her sons, Steve Richards of Cozad and Allen (Jessica) Shirley of Eustis; mother, Inez Richards; grandchildren, Kaden, Mariah, Marissa, Hadlee, Miles, Lux and Vaydah; 3 sisters; and many nieces and nephews.

Memorials are suggested to the family in her name for later designation. Those wishing to sign the memorial book may do so on Friday, April 30, 2021 from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Cremation was chosen and a memorial service will be held Saturday, May 1, 2021 at 10:30 a.m. at the Berryman Funeral Home Chapel.
