Anne H. Edgins

Anne H. Edgins, 68, passed away Wednesday, November 18, 2020 at Emerald Care Center in Cozad, Nebraska. Anne was born on July 30, 1952 in Spartanburg, South Carolina to Eleanor (Henderson) and Dolphus Hester. Her childhood years were spent in Spartanburg and at Greenwood Shores in South Carolina with her parents, siblings, and extended family. Anne was united in marriage to Jack Edgins in Texas and to this union, a son, Jason, and daughter, Jennifer, were welcomed. Anne also became a step-mother to Jack Jr. and Rhonda Sue. Anne and Jack eventually settled in Nebraska with Jack passing away in 2015. Anne enjoyed being a homemaker, collecting dolls, cooking for her family, knitting, and spending time with her family and grandchildren. She enjoyed taking her grandchildren to the park and to the pool in the summer. Taeo, her grandson, would like to share that Anne was the most caring and passionate about those she loved. She was strong and forgiving. She was a wonderful grandmother and mother. Anne is survived by her children; Jason and Jennifer Edgins; grandchildren, and extended family. Thank you to the staff of Emerald Care Center for the care given to Anne. Cremation was chosen by the family. There will be no formal services.
