Jean E. Seybold

Jean E. Seybold, age 87, formerly of Cozad, passed away, November 18, 2013 in Denver, CO. She was born November 29, 1925 at Cozad, NE to Otto C. and Viola M. (Haug) Seybold. Jean graduated from Cozad High School in 1943 and later attended the University of Colorado in Boulder. She worked as a wholesale jeweler in Colorado eventually purchasing and operating the Alsa Distributing Company until her retirement in 1986. Jean loved the Rocky Mountains, traveling, reading, and playing cards. Survivors include her brother; Kenneth (Beverly) Seybold of Cozad, her sister; Gwen Rourke of Olathe, KS, numerous nieces and nephews. Memorial services will be Friday, November 29, 2013 at 1:30 p.m. at the Berryman Funeral Home Chapel in Cozad. Inurnment will be at the Cozad Cemetery.
